Hair Follicle Drug Testing

A standard hair test can detect drugs that have been ingested within the last 90 days or longer, including prescription medications and alcohol. We recommend hair testing in instances where drug abuse is suspected. The test can also detect substances used for date rape.

Urine Drug Testing

Urine testing can be very effective in detecting general drug abuse as well as sleeping medications, designer drugs, synthetic drugs, and other obscure substances. Urine testing is also the preferred method of drug testing used for Federal programs.

Alcohol Testing

Here at Paymer Associates, we pride ourselves on our ability to embrace new, up-and-coming technologies in the alcohol testing industry. We are the exclusive Connecticut provider of the SCRAMx continuous alcohol monitoring bracelet and the Soberlink remote breathalyzer.

Both of these devices trace results that cannot be seen in a urine test, and they can easily distinguish between environmental exposure to alcohol and actual ingestion. If needed, hair and urine testing can also be used to detect alcohol consumption.

Drug Sweat Patch

We can detect drug use through a drug sweat patch that, when applied to the skin of the arm, midriff, or back, can detect drug metabolites and parent drugs through the sweat of the wearer. It is not noticeable to others and can be hidden under clothing. The wearer can still swim, shower, work out, and more while wearing the patch as it is very durable.

The patch can detect drug use all day and all night for up to 14 days. It is designed for a one-time application, making it entirely tamper-proof. When the patch is ready to be removed, it is then sent to a SAMHSA-certified laboratory for analysis.
